
Janet Arzt, CFA > Founding Partner
Janet Joyce Arzt, CFA is Founder and Managing Partner of Parere Advisory, an independent consulting firm advising family offices on infrastructure, development and strategy. Parere Advisory specializes in discovering, reviewing and presenting infrastructure options while serving as a primary point of contact for the family during all stages of the office development. Parere Advisory has advised multi-generational as well as newly-formed family offices in the development of areas such as operations, governance, and investment strategy.
Prior to founding Parere Advisory, Janet served as Chief Executive Officer of a newly-launched family office in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she built out and oversaw investments and operations for the family and its businesses. Prior to joining the family office, Janet served as President of Mudrick Capital Management, a $3.5 billion distressed debt hedge fund based in New York City, where she oversaw all non-investment functions and was also responsible for leading strategic initiatives. Janet has also held various roles at other investment firms including multi-strategy hedge fund, York Capital Management, and investment advisor, Morgan Creek Capital Management. She began her Wall Street career in the investment banking program at Merrill Lynch after receiving a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Janet is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and a contributor to Forbes.com. In 2020, Janet was named one of the “Top 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds” by The Hedge Fund Journal in association with Ernst & Young. Janet also serves on non-profit boards including the Finance Committee of The Women’s Initiative, the Advisory Board of the McIntire School of Commerce and the Board of Directors of the National Charitable Endowment. She is also a guest lecturer at the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Skye Young > Managing Director
Skye M. Young is Managing Director of Parere Advisory. In her role at Parere, Skye leads all non-investment domains, including administration, risk, physical assets and lifestyle, providing families with an experienced perspective on efficient and effective solutions for their personal needs.
Skye has spent almost two decades in the Family Office ecosystem. Most recently, Skye built and led Family Office Services at Cercano Management, a multi-family office headquartered in Bellevue, Washington that provides investment advisory and other services to ultra-high-net-worth clients and their associated entities. There Skye developed deep relationships with families to understand their unique needs and help them achieve their goals across various pursuits including real estate, leisure, cybersecurity and human resources. Prior to that, Skye built out and led a newly-established single family office in Washington, DC, serving as the executive partner to the principals while crafting and implementing a highly customized fit-for-purpose personal services strategy, structure, and operation to support the family’s growing needs. In addition, Skye led several large-scale real estate acquisition and development projects.
Previously Skye was the Director of Properties in a complex single family office in Chicago, where she assumed final responsibility for and complete management of the principal’s exceptionally exclusive global physical asset portfolio and associated personal services. Skye began her career in Boston as the Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Bain Capital, providing high-level strategic partnership, and then as the first employee of a single family office where she held many different roles in support of real estate and hospitality investments expanding in North America, the Caribbean and Europe, including luxury hotels, Michelin-star restaurants, wine houses and vineyards.
Skye earned her International MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, specializing in Communication, Leadership, and Management, and holds a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Spanish for the Professions from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Molly Bell > Associate
Molly Bell is an Associate of Parere Advisory, where she supports families throughout the development of their family office infrastructure. Molly also oversees the onboarding of technology resources as well as the implementation of various policies and procedures for Parere Advisory’s family office clients. Prior to joining Parere, Molly was an Investment Associate at Manchester Capital Management, a multi-family office serving families across their wealth management needs. At Manchester, Molly assisted with the management and oversight of client investment portfolios, provided investment research and client support. Prior to Manchester, Molly was a Senior Engagement Manager at Eze Software, a global technology firm servicing Hedge Funds and Traditional Asset Managers.

Dish Harris Leveillee, CPA > Intern
Dish is an MBA candidate at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, graduating in May 2025. In the summer of 2024, she interned with the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York City, where she supported client relationship management and helped identify strategic growth opportunities. Before business school, Dish spent three years leading operations for a single-family office, where she oversaw both commercial ventures and multi-generational wealth management strategies. Drawing on her strong background in finance and accounting, she played a key role in aligning the family’s business objectives with its legacy and core values. Dish began her career in the audit practice at KPMG LLP. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver.

Nicole Molina > Executive Assistant
Nicole Molina joined Parere Advisory as an Executive Assistant in 2023 bringing with her 15+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant within the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. For two years prior to GS, Nicole worked as a Marketing Coordinator at an Architectural firm in New York City. Today, she provides executive support to Janet helping to streamline procedures and coordinate special projects. She helps to plan, execute, and monitor all meeting and travel logistics which ensures a smooth daily operation of the firm. Nicole resides in Morris County, NJ with her husband and three children.
